I’m curious. Why go to NYC and eat at a hotel restaurant? Hotel restaurants are always more expensive than the local places, and often not as good or have the variety, especially of the rest of NYC. Frankly, I would take that off your list and go enjoy all the food the city has to offer. And often, the cheaper the food, the better and more interesting it is.

You are just going to have to do a little homework on if there is parking and whether or not they charge for it. Many places have breakfast, so that should be easy for you to find. And I wouldn’t be too concerned with the walking distance. The subway is cheap and can get you there just fine, so if you find a hotel that has what you need but requires a subway ride, go for it anyway.
