Help with my German paper?

I’m in German ll so my German isn’t that great and I still find it confusing. My German teacher wants us to write a paper in German for a project and I’m so confused because the past unit we learned about I don’t know where was head and i didn’t really pay attenion. So any help would be great. I decieded to write the paper in english first. So if anyone can help me translate it that would be so great! The paper only has to be 16 lines long and its about traveling to 4 diferent places and what i did there and like what i ate and stuff. Problem is it’s gotta sound like german ll student wrote it.
1. On vacation I traveled to Canada. My family and I went fishing everyday. My spent our nights in a tent. I thought it was really cool!
2. Then I went to Japan. I went sight-seeing. I ate lots of japanesse food. I really liked the food.
3. I travel to Europe after Japan. I went on a bus tour. I stayed over night in a bed and breakfast. I didn’t really like it.
4. Last I travel to New York. I went shopping. I stay a big hotel! I thought it was amazing!
