Do you live in or near Park Slope, Brooklyn?

iTRAVEL asked: I want to stay at a Bed&Breakfast in Park Slope, located on 12th Street between 4th and 5th Avenue. Is this a safer neighborhood? I know New York is as safe as any other city; I’m just asking so I can make choices.

Good, cheap accomodations in NYC?

Mel asked: I’m looking for a clean, quiet hotel or bed & breakfast in New York City for a few nights at the end of December.
Would like to pay around $100 a night, less if possible.
Doesn’t matter which neighborhood, as long as it’s on the subway line.
